Launching My Free Engineering Management Guide: Leading in the Era of AI
After working as an Engineering Manager (EM) for a while, I have decided to dive much deeper into this role. I am starting a new project: building a comprehensive, self-coaching knowledge base to help others transition into engineering management. This guide will be completely free and constantly updated to match modern tech trends.
My own career might face challenges, and the path of an EM is always full of obstacles. However, none of this will stop me from exploring this domain deeply and sharing my practical knowledge, wins, and failures.
Alongside the documentation, I am opening up 1-on-1 coaching sessions for anyone aspiring to become an EM. You can pay me simply with the cost of a cup of coffee per session.
I do not expect everyone to automatically become a manager after reading my materials. My main hope is that engineers will gain a true empathy for what EMs actually do. Understanding this role helps development teams collaborate much better—especially in this modern era of "less human, more AI agents".
