Plateau or the Silence Before the Leap?

Day 18 of No-carb and No-alcohol. Weight is steady at 69kg, but performance metrics in Garmin tells a different story: Peak HR reached 191 bpm, with a sprint pace of 4:32/km.

In this stabilization phase, weight isn't the only metric that matters. What counts is the increased ease of resistance training, a clearer mind, and absolute focus. No competition, no noise. I am continuing the steady march toward the 65kg goal with the disciplined silence of a "tech hermit".
