Refactoring My System: 1-Month Telemetry Report
Exactly one month ago, a medical checkup triggered a critical system update. Next week marks one full month of my personal "refactoring" journey. Here is the changelog of Life 2.0:
Hardware Optimization
Weight: Dropped below 69kg (on track for my 65kg target in August).
Cardio: Expanded baseline from a basic 3km to a strong 5.2km, closing with a 5:48/km sprint.
Heart Rate Recovery: Optimized. Heart rate drops below 80 bpm within 10 minutes post-workout.
Strength: Upgraded from 0.5 cycle to 2 solid cycles of perfect-form push-ups (10s/cycle) and stable planks.
Config Changes & Diet
Migrated to a strict low-carb, zero-alcohol protocol. Replaced all kitchen sugar with monk fruit.
Turned off "Verbose Logging"—Resting Heart Rate is so stable (~60 bpm) that I stopped wearing my tracker to sleep. I now intuitively know my body's capacity.
Mental Flow State
The best patch wasn't physical; it's mental. Facing a recent financial dispute, I chose peace and karma over anger. Just clear cache, no retries, and move on.
Refactoring takes discipline, but once it becomes a habit, the system runs smoothly on autopilot. Ready for the next commit!
