The feeling of belonging
This week was incredibly intense. We faced a tight deadline, and as a manager, I honestly cannot code as fast as the younger engineers anymore.
But true teamwork made the difference. Seeing my difficulties, the team members proactively stepped in to support me and carried the weight together. Because of this amazing collaboration, we wrapped up everything by midday Thursday. Now, a relaxing Friday is waiting for us.
After many years of working in different places, I have finally found a team where I feel a deep connection. It is a rare and beautiful feeling to realize that you have found a place where you truly want to stay, a place where you belong.
